Role: Executive - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure completion of joining formalities, offer acceptance, and induction coordination
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents as per company policy

Employee Documentation & ID Creation

- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and physical files
- Create employee IDs, email IDs, system access, and coordinate with IT/admin teams
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information

HR Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, onboarding, attendance, etc.)
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for management review
- Ensure timely and accurate data updates in HR systems

Background Verification (BGV)

- Initiate and track background verification checks for new hires
- Coordinate with external vendors and follow up on BGV status
- Highlight discrepancies and ensure closure as per policy

Employee Lifecycle & Exit Management

- Manage end-to-end exit process including resignation acceptance, clearances, and documentation
- Coordinate full & final settlement, experience letters, and relieving letters
- Update exit records and analyze attrition data

Process Compliance & Coordination

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes,



and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Admin, Hiring Managers)
- Support audits and internal HR initiatives as required
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with department leaders to build and execute talent strategies that match short- and long-term business goals.
- Workforce Planning: Forecast hiring needs, assess current skill gaps, and support organizational design.
- Employee Relations: Coach managers through performance issues, conflict management, and complex investigations.
- Change Management: Guide teams smoothly through structural reorganizations, leadership shifts, or rapid scaling.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze metrics on turnover, engagement, and performance to guide decision-makings

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2.5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, documentation, BGV, MIS, and exit processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and MS Excel (reports & data management)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduate Degree
- Preferable MBA/PGDM
- Experience in corporate or shared services workplace
