Job Summary

HIREON TECH INC. is looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist with strong US IT Staffing experience to manage recruitment activities and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements .
- Source, screen, qualify, and coordinate candidates for technical positions.
- Work closely with recruiters and management to meet hiring targets.
- Handle interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, HR records, engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
- Support employee performance and retention initiatives.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in HR and US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing recruitment lifecycle .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed , etc.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
