Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation for the Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities include coordinating the hiring process, supporting performance management activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. The role involves handling payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and supporting HR initiatives such as training programs and workplace culture improvements. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes, with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring cycles.
- Experience in HR operations, including attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and maintenance of HR documentation.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to Indian employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or other HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Executive or similar HR role in the IT or technology sector is preferred.
