Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The role includes managing daily HR operations such as maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting performance management activities.

The Human Resources

Executive will address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help ensure a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace. This position also involves implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning.



The role requires close interaction with employees at all levels to promote positive employee relations and alignment with the company’s values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience across core HR functions.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling HR processes, documentation, and HR systems.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage employee concerns and foster a supportive work environment.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including developing, interpreting, and implementing HR guidelines in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhopal.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and to adapt to a dynamic, sustainability-focused organization.
