Role Description This is a full time, in office Human Resources Business Partner / Human Resources Generalist role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end HR activities, including implementing HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
The HR professional will handle employee relations, provide guidance to managers on HR matters, and resolve workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. Daily responsibilities include partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, overseeing onboarding and exits, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects, process improvements,
and organizational development activities aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills, including experience in designing, implementing, and communicating HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, with a track record of managing employee concerns, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting risk mitigation.
- Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, including facilitating goal-setting, feedback discussions, and appraisal processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and levels of leadership.
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within services, logistics, or technology-driven environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
