Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

- Handle hiring for retail store roles, front-end staff, and corporate positions

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

- Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-outs and joining formalities





- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)

- Support employer branding and campus or bulk hiring initiatives

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes

- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills

- Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance (preferred)

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
