Position: Human Resource Generalist Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Any relevant field Experience: 2 Years in HR operations Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Salary Package: 2.4 LPA* Requirement: Experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment operations. Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, HRMS/MIS, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database. Process onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Coordinate
Full & Final (FNF) settlements and relieving documentation. Organize engagement activities, meetings, and HR initiatives. Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations. Fresh candidates with robust HR internship experience may also apply.
