Role & responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive grievance handling, retention, culture-building, and change management programs
- Manage compensation & advantages, L&D;, and HR compliance activities
- Support strategic HR projects and organizational initiatives with the CHRO
- Ensure effective HR operations, governance, and continuous process improvement
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience in HRBP/Strategic HR roles
- Background in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Industrial Projects, or Data Centre organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour laws, stakeholder management, and HR operations
- Individual Contributor role
- Male candidates preferred due to site travel requirements
