Retail Recruiter

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Handle hiring for Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cluster Managers, and other retail roles.
- Manage bulk and location-wise hiring as per business requirements.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure positions are closed within TAT.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail hiring.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong sourcing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
