Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels .
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through phone/video calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients or internal hiring teams.
- Manage interview schedules, feedback, and candidate status updates.
- Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment and hiring targets.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to source candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
