HR Recruiter – Recruitment Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with clients, and following up with candidates until joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining
- Handle multiple job openings and recruitment requirements simultaneously
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred




- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Prior experience in HR Recruitment / BPO Recruitment / Consultancy Recruitment will be an advantage
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making recruitment calls and working with targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

Salary Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
