Key Responsibilities & Tasks Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Understand job requirements and prepare or update Job Descriptions (JDs) . Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels .

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment-related details. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker . Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of recruitment formalities.

Coordinate with selected candidates for offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding . Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. Maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare regular recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.



Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated with current recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market availability.

Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills. Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. Ability to evaluate resumes and identify suitable candidates.

Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment. Solid follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to work with multiple job openings and meet hiring targets. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.
