HR & Marketing Associate — Netpuppys Location: Gurugram | Full-time

About the Role

Netpuppys is looking for an HR & Marketing Associate who can wear two hats — supporting our people operations while contributing to our marketing engine. This is a outstanding fit for someone early in their career who wants exposure to both talent and brand-building inside a fast-moving, AI-forward digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

HR

- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR policy communication
- Assist in organizing team engagement activities and culture initiatives
- Maintain job descriptions and postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Marketing:
- Support content creation and scheduling across social media channels
- Assist in drafting marketing collateral — brochures, presentations, case studies
- Help coordinate campaigns across SEO, paid, and social teams
- Track and report on basic marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Support employer branding efforts — recruitment content, culture posts,

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience (internship experience in HR or marketing preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking across people-ops and marketing deliverables
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Good to Have

- Familiarity with HR tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar ATS)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content tools (Canva, etc.)
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content drafting, screening, or research
- Prior experience in an agency environment
