Role & responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Strong experience managing the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle
- 1+ year of hands-on Workday experience, including employee data and HR transactions
- Experience with ServiceNow or other HR ticketing/case management systems
- Exposure to US Immigration and visa-related HR processes
- Experience in HR reporting, data management, and compliance
- Robust employee query resolution, case management, and stakeholder support skills
- Ability to manage high-volume HR requests while maintaining SLA, accuracy, confidentiality, and employee experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and HR documentation
