We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Officer / Executive cum HR Trainer to manage day-to-day HR activities and conduct HR and career development training for employees and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company practices.
- Conduct HR orientation, induction, soft-skill, communication, and workplace training.
- Conduct career readiness, interview preparation, and professional development sessions for students.
- Prepare training materials and coordinate HR training programs.
- Maintain HR reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations and/or HR training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR practices.
- Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in an IT company, training institute, or educational organization is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
