Role & responsibilities

Role Overview The HR Manager will oversee the full HR function lifecycle across both corporate headquarters and regional solar/infrastructure project sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manpower planning and recruitment at HO and project sites
2. Statutory Compliance & records maintenance and reports/returns filing with authorities for all projects.
3. Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and central labour laws (including contract labour regulations, factory acts, and minimum wage mandates).
4. Safety (EHS) Integration & Training
5. Payroll, Attendance & Site Administration
6. Ensure no penalties or legal notices from government labour or safety boards or clients.e inspections.
7. Recruit, Retain and Reward policies

Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA or Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Experience: 5 years of proven HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the renewable energy, power, construction, or heavy infrastructure sectors.

Experience with modern HRIS/payroll platforms

Willingness to travel to project sites as required
