Industry: Real Estate Channel Partner

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, primarily for real estate sales positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate management interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with management for payroll, employee issues and HR requirements.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
- Experience in sales hiring preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
