We’re looking for a people-focused and responsible HR Manager with 1+ year of experience to join our team and manage day-to-day HR operations.
What you’ll handle
- Recruitment and hiring
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Payroll coordination
- Attendance and leave tracking
- Employee records and HR queries
- General HR administration and employee engagement
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year of experience in HR
- Valuable communication, problem solving and people skills,
- Organized, proactive, and approachable
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR processes
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration,B.tech or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
