Position: HR Intern

Location: Kamptee, Maharashtra

Internship Duration: As per company requirement

Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Certificate: Internship Certificate will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
- Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with employees and candidates for HR-related requirements.
- Learn and assist in various HR processes under the guidance of senior HR staff.

Candidate Requirements
- Students pursuing or graduates in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com,



or any relevant field can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn HR processes.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Candidates from Kamptee/Nagpur nearby areas will be preferred.

Stipend ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month
