Job Title: HR Intern

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies.

Handle candidate queries and ensure regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Assist with employee documentation and basic HR administration.

Maintain employee records and HR-related reports.

Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.
