We’re looking for a hands-on HR & Finance Manager who can independently manage our people operations while bringing strong financial and administrative discipline to a growing creative organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just coordinate tasks, but takes ownership, follows through and gets things closed.

HR & People Operations

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, performance documentation and exits

• Maintain employment contracts, offer letters, employee records and HR documentation

• Handle employee concerns, performance issues, warnings and difficult conversations professionally

• Manage attendance, leave and payroll calculations with accuracy

• Coordinate appraisals, performance reviews and employee feedback

• Establish practical HR policies and ensure they are consistently followed

• Manage recruitment and coordinate interviews across departments

• Handle resignations, notice periods, handovers and full & final settlement coordination

Finance & Administration

• Coordinate payroll and salary processing

• Track invoices, expenses, reimbursements and vendor payments





• Follow up on client receivables and outstanding payments

• Maintain organised financial records and supporting documentation

• Coordinate with accountants/CA for GST, statutory requirements and other compliance matters

• Support management with basic financial reports and payment tracking

Who We’re Looking For

• Ideally 4–5 years of experience in HR, finance operations or a combined HR & Finance role

• Strong understanding of payroll, attendance and employee lifecycle processes

• Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining accurate records

• Confident handling employees and difficult workplace conversations

• Solid communication, documentation and follow-up skills

• Able to work independently and take responsibility from start to closure

• Experience in a startup, SME, agency, media or other fast-paced organisation is an advantage
