Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions
- Drive campus recruitment / campus hiring initiatives
- Coordinate with colleges, placement cells and candidates for campus drives
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database and hiring reports
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills 2–5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Strong hands-on experience in Campus Recruitment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluent English communication is mandatory

Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Good interpersonal and coordination skills

Ability to work in a rapid-paced recruitment environment

Immediate joiners will be preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
