Lakshmi Jewellery is a trusted retail destination in Kumbakonam, dedicated to providing high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement and store staffing.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment &
- Staffing:

Source, screen and interview candidates for sales, cashier, security and supervisory roles.

- Onboarding &

- Attendance:

Manage complete onboarding procedures, maintain daily biometric/attendance registers and track leave records.

- Payroll Processing: Prepare monthly salary inputs, overtime calculations and coordinate commission/incentive structures.

- Policy &

- Discipline:

Enforce store policies, dress codes, punctuality and address workplace grievances effectively.

- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews with store management and track employee KPIs.

- Compliance &

- Documentation:





Maintain accurate employee physical files, ID cards and handle basic statutory documentation.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Experience: 0–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with robust operational skills or retail experience preferred).

- Languages: Fluency in Tamil is required; basic English communication skills.

- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/Word, solid interpersonal skills and conflict management.

- Location: Candidates residing in or willing to commute to Kumbakonam.
