Position: HR Executive

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Interview coordination and follow-ups
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Attendance and leave management
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Payroll coordination and HR reports
- Handling employee queries and day-to-day HR activities
- Supporting HR policies and administrative work

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred
- 6 months–1 year of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Salary ₹11,000 – ₹14,000/month
