Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

2. Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.

3. Maintain professional relations with the candidates.

4. Use social networking tools to tap talent.

5. Interviewing and testing job seekers.

6. Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed.

7. Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages, and review of skill grades

8. Obtaining/generating and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating to attendance and earning.

9. Sending daily reports of work done

10. Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc.

11. Leave Management and Performance Appraisal

12. Adherence to our company norms, values and integrity.

Required Skills:

Good communication must (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills

2. Willingness to learn and use recent tools

3. Coordination with different teams for positions available

8. Immediate joiners would be preferred.
