Roles and Responsibilities: This role offers an opportunity to manage the complete employee life-cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, employee relations, and HR operations for a fast-growing organisation.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across PAN India locations.

- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for corporate, operational, and leadership positions.

- Conduct employee induction, onboarding, and orientation programs for recent joiners.

- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development initiatives.

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

- Maintain positive employee relations and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.

- Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution in line with company policies.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee records.

- Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to meet manpower requirements within timelines.
