We're seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our energetic team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will play a key role in employee interaction, recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR records, including employee files and databases.
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs for employees, focusing on ecommerce-specific skills and knowledge.
- Provide administrative and operative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

- Stability of min 24 months
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.




- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or related administrative roles preferred.
- Good understanding of ecommerce industry profiles and job roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho People software.

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2026 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
