Position: HR & Admin Executive Gender: Female Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years preferred Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Female HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR and office administration activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable handling calls, and be capable of maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth office operations. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person.

Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain and monitor employee attendance records. Manage employee leave records , applications, and approvals. Prepare and communicate office notifications, announcements, and updates .

Maintain employee files, documents, and HR records. Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, policies, and administrative matters. Support basic HR activities such as onboarding and employee documentation.





Coordinate office requirements, supplies, and general administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned. RequirementsFemale candidate preferred/required for this role.

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or a similar role preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word .

Good organizational and time-management skills. Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
