– Billing & Insurance Executive/ Manager

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce / Finance or relevant qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital billing and insurance/TPA operations.
- Experience with hospital billing software/HIS preferred.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing patient billing and insurance/TPA processes, ensuring accurate billing, timely approvals, claim submissions, and effective follow-up for settlements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage OPD, IPD, emergency, pharmacy and procedure billing.




- Handle insurance/TPA pre-authorisation and cashless approvals.
- Coordinate documentation and timely submission of insurance claims.
- Follow up on pending claims, queries, rejections and settlements.
- Monitor insurance receivables and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, front office and finance teams for billing and claim documentation.
- Handle patient queries related to billing and insurance.
- Prepare daily billing, collection and insurance MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate billing, reconciliation and minimal revenue leakage.
