- Experience 3-6 years of Partner Management & team handling experience in sales.

- Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit Level.

- Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope.

- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.

/n

- Achieve sales target for Jio Fiber business at the Unit/Territory and at individual level.

/n

- Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc.

/n

- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and engagement.

/n

- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned Unit/Territory.

/n

- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index.

- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen situations and escalations.
