Role and Responsibilities

- Generate and convert home-loan leads to achieve sales targets.

- Follow up with customers and leads for successful conversions.

- Acquire new customers and grow the home-loan business.

- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.

- Develop business through direct sales, referrals, builders, and other channels.

- Achieve assigned sales volumes and revenue targets for the area.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

- Identify and escalate sales or process-related issues when required.

- Follow all BGSS/Bank policies, processes, compliance, and KYC requirements.

Preferred Profile

- Solid communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in sales, lead generation, or channel sales.

- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of home-loan products and processes.

- Banking/financial services experience preferred.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
