Profile Overview
We are seeking an energetic, communication-driven professional to act as a travel consultant and sell curated travel experiences to our customers. The ideal candidate will build long-term relationships, resolve queries, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive expertise in curated and premium travel experiences across India and international destinations.
- Act as a trusted travel consultant, advising customers on the best travel options and itineraries.
- Pitch and sell highly engaging travel experiences to prospective consumers to drive bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term, valuable relationships with premium and repeat clients.
- Resolve customer queries and on-ground issues seamlessly by collaborating with the supply and operations teams.
- Play a critical role in driving sales conversions and achieving the organizations monthly revenue targets.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline (Recent graduates and freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a genuine passion for interacting with people.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Collaboration: Excellent team-player qualities, capable of collaborating seamlessly with diverse internal teams.
