Job DescriptionAs Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects focused on new product development, product enhancements, and lifecycle management activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with multidisciplinary teams and gain hands-on experience in managing technical projects from concept through delivery.

NKey Responsibilities

- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of technical projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Customer Support, and Technical Publications.

- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource tracking using project management tools.
N
- Consolidate inputs fromhardware, software, and other functional teams to build and maintain integrated project plans.
N
- Create project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics for leadership reviews.
N
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt Charts, risk registers, and action trackers.
N
- Monitor project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
N
- Identify project risks,issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
N
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and support effective communication across teams.
N
- Assist in managing product lifecycle activities, design changes, and innovation projects.
N
- Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational and quality requirements.

- Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern project management practices to improve team productivity and project outcomes.

nEducation

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP (Project ManagementProfessional) Certification OR
N
- Master's degree in project management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
N

nExperience

n

N
- 0 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, R&D;, engineering, product development, or related areas.
N
- Internship, academic projects, or industry exposure in technical project environments will be an advantage.

- Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
