NBattery Management Systems experience end-to-end hardware development needs to bridge the gap between low-level circuit design and high-level system integration
NExperience in rigorous safety, performance, and reliability standards required for EV .

- Schematic design (Altium)

- Design knowledge of AFE, high-voltage & Cell monitoring, cell balancing, and isolation circuits.

n n Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degreeor higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
N
2. Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs.
N
3. In-depth knowledge of Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulation with a strong background in analog, digital or power electronics.
N
4. Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.
N
5. Strong hold on lab equipment’s, such BMS simulator, HV power supply, DSO, DMM, and electronic load
N
6. as Strong understandingof battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms, and safety considerations.
N
7. Experience with batterycell balancing techniques and algorithms.
N
8.
Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards, and regulations related to battery technology and electric vehicles.
N
9. Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development for BMS applications is a plus.
N
10. Ability to analyze and interpret battery performance data using relevant software tools.
N
11. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
N
12. Effective communicationand collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team setting.

1. Strong understanding of electrical, electronics concepts as related to BMS systems.

2. Understanding of electrochemical principles related to battery systems.

3. Proficiency in battery simulation and analysis tools, such as pSpice, LTSPICE, PSIM, MATLAB or equivalent
N
4. Experience with EDA tools, such as OrCAD, Cadence, Altium, PADS or equivalent
N
5. Knowledge of safety andfailure analysis techniques for battery systems, such as fault tree analysis (FTA) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA)
N
6. Knowledge of ISO26262, and ISO21434
N
7. Familiarity with designfor manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles for electronics and battery systems
N
8. Familiarity in Automotive industry testing tools, such as dSpace, VT Studio, NI LabView
N
9. Familiarity in programming languages, such as C, C++, or Python, AUTOSAR for embedded systems and data analysis is preferred
