Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)

Focus: Non IT roles within Light Industries

What You’ll Do Own the Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment for the US Engineering and US Non IT market.

Source & Screen: Use your "hunter" mindset to find, vet, and place top talent.Build Partnerships: Act as a bridge between candidates and global opportunities, building long-term relationships.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience:



1–5 years in US Engineering and Non IT Recruitment

Domain Knowledge: Previous experience hiring for Light Industry is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional English communication skills—you can build rapport with anyone, anywhere.

Grit: A target-driven mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
