Profile Overview
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Travel Sales skilled to drive end-to-end conversions for premium and curated travel packages. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in the travel domain, a track record of meeting revenue targets, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Leverage deep destination knowledge to customize and pitch domestic and international holiday packages.
- Manage inbound travel inquiries, deliver persuasive travel consultations, negotiate, and close high-ticket bookings.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline via CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and high inquiry-to-booking conversion rates.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with VIP, repeat,
and corporate travel clients to maximize lifetime value.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on sales experience exclusively in the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality sector.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional negotiation, objection-handling, and consultative sales capabilities.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with professional telephonic etiquette.
- Domain Expertise: Strong command over trending holiday destinations, customized itineraries, and travel logistics.
