Job Location- Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Prayagraj

Experience14 years of experience in the Finance / Banking / Home Loan / Sales industry preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new Home Loan sales opportunities from the local market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, DSAs and other potential business sources.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable
- Home Loan products.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for loan processing, documentation and approval.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan process and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Explore new markets and potential customer segments for lead generation.
- Maintain regular follow-up and build long-term customer relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Presentable with a decent and professional personality.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.




- Ability to identify sales opportunities from the local market.
- Basic knowledge of Home Loan products and loan processing.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new products and processes.
- Knowledge of the local language is essential; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused approach with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Good knowledge of local customers, markets and target businesses.
- Sales experience in Finance / Banking / Home Loan industry will be an added advantage.
- Graduate preferred.
- 2-wheeler preferred.

Age18–35 yearsSalary & Advantages Salary: Upto 3lpa for experienced candidates Salary will be decided based on experience, skills and current market standards.

CandidatesCandidates having experience in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Banking, NBFC, DSA, Direct Sales, Field Sales or Financial Product Sales will be preferred.
