? The Role

You will be the creative force behind our daily content, managing video production for three distinct brands.

- Daily Output: Edit and deliver 6 to 9 minutes of final video content each day.
- AI-Guided Workflow: Follow clear, structured editing instructions generated by AI.
- Schedule: Full-time commitment of at least 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
- Location Flexibility: Work 100% remotely or join us in person at our office in Khekra, Uttar Pradesh.

? Compensation & Growth We are looking for a long-term partner to grow alongside our agency and have mapped out a clear path for salary progression.
- Starting Salary: ₹12,000/month for the first 3 months.
- Salary Bump:



₹20,000/month after 6 months of consistent, quality performance.
- Bonus Structure: Earn a flat 10% commission on any new clients you bring into Rise Digital India.
