Job Summary

We are looking for a Voice Executive to handle client communication through phone calls and provide timely support to clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing service updates, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining good client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make and receive calls with clients regarding their project requirements and service needs.

- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the concerned team.

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and service status.

- Follow up with clients for pending information, approvals, documents, and payments.

- Coordinate with research, technical, CRM, and production teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

- Maintain proper records of client calls, discussions, follow-ups, and commitments.

- Handle client questions and resolve basic issues professionally.

- Escalate significant client concerns to the concerned senior team member or management.





- Follow up regularly with existing clients to maintain good relationships.

- Support the CRM team in client follow-up and customer retention activities.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned follow-up activities.

- Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with clients.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
