Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Associates for a UK Banking International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to banking services while ensuring high-quality support and strict adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based banking customers

Resolve queries related to accounts, transactions, debit/credit cards, and online banking

Ensure data security and confidentiality while handling customer information

Follow banking compliance and regulatory guidelines

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards

Achieve defined performance and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO (Voice Process preferred)





Excellent English communication skills

Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

SVAR Score Requirement: Experienced – 60

Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Details

UK Shift (Rotational)

5 working days with 2 rotational offs

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Upto 5.5LPA (depending on last take home)

Cab Facility

One-way cab is provided and its chargeable(75 applicable)

Exposure to international banking operations
