Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager / Engineering Lead with a strong background in Cloud/DevOps and Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on or strong technical understanding of Azure, Golang, Java, and/or React, along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology solutions for global customers.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, technical leadership, stakeholder management, team coordination, and ensuring successful project execution across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects from planning through implementation and production.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, including developers, DevOps, QA, and other technical resources.
- Provide technical leadership across cloud, DevOps, backend, frontend, and full-stack development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and global teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, CI/CD, automation, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to define technical solutions and implementation approaches.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to senior management and customers.




- Coordinate with teams across different geographies and time zones.
- Identify delivery challenges and proactively drive resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective sprint planning, execution, and tracking.
- Support production issues, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in development, deployment, and operational processes.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Positive understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong experience in one or more of:

- Golang

- Java

- React
- Strong understanding of Full Stack application development and modern software architecture.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, databases, and distributed applications.
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring, and cloud-native development is preferred.
- Ability to work closely with architects and technical teams on solution design and implementation.

Leadership & Delivery Skills
- Proven experience in technical leadership, delivery management, or engineering management.
- Experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
- Robust stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience working with global/cross-functional teams.
- Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical decisions with business and delivery priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience handling customer escalations and senior-level stakeholders.
