Role: Admission Counsellor

Process: Voice Sales

Shift: Day Shift

Working: 6 Days a Week

Off: 1 Rotational Off

Eligibility

- Graduates: Freshers can apply
- Undergraduates: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Support required
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory
- Strong convincing and sales skills preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers: Up to 25,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives
- Experienced: Up to 40,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls




- Understand their requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Counsel and guide students throughout the admission journey
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Achieve individual sales and admission targets
