Globiva is actively hiring Customer Support Executives for a top-tier beauty and lifestyle e-commerce process in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound queries, solving customer issues, and providing accurate solutions on call or chat regarding orders and products.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a skilled tone.
- Meet all performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Only experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in a Voice/Customer Support role will be considered (Freshers are strictly not allowed).
- Communication: Candidates must possess strict V4-level communication skills with flawless verbal English.
- Working Hours: Comfortable working in rotational shifts within an 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM window.
- Schedule: 6-day working model with 1 rotational week off.
