Cortex Platform Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8 to 13 years of expertise to lead the evaluation, optimization, and ongoing support of the Cortex platform across India. This pivotal role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of platform features, from initial assessment and testing to final deployment and user enablement. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, streamline end-user workflows, and drive continuous improvement through strategic enhancements to scorecards, templates, and analytical dashboards, thereby maximizing the platform's value for the organization.

Location: PAN INDIA

Responsibilities

- Feature Assessment and Deployment: Evaluate emerging Cortex capabilities to ensure readiness for system metrics, executive dashboards, and CQL reporting; conduct rigorous testing to validate feature availability for team adoption.

- Operational Support and Maintenance: Oversee recurring platform support activities, consolidate frequently asked questions, minimize user inquiries through proactive communication, and enhance support visibility for the end-user community.

- Workflow Template Onboarding: Integrate Geneva and TNS templates into Cortex workflows, verify template specifications,



and perform sandbox testing prior to production implementation.

- Scorecard and Logic Alignment: Expand the scope of scorecard data, harmonize TCM scoring rules, and collaborate with stakeholders to validate DORA and TCM logic, ensuring consistent reporting across Cortex and analytics ecosystems.

- Platform Innovation: Identify and implement platform-specific enhancements, including the definition of custom metrics, mapping of entity relationships, and preparation of dashboards for advanced usage.

Requirements

- Experience: 8 to 13 years of qualified experience in platform management, software support, or related technical domains.

- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, including experience with workflow templates, scorecard logic, and dashboard configuration.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess system metrics, interpret CQL reports, and validate data integrity across multiple platforms.

- Communication: Strong capability to manage end-user communications, consolidate support documentation, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

- Location: Willingness to operate on a PAN-India basis.
