Role Description The Hiring Civil Trainer (Autocad, Revit, Fusion 360) role is a contract, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The trainer will design and deliver structured training sessions on civil design tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and Fusion 360 for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.

Daily responsibilities include preparing curricula and lesson plans, conducting classroom and lab-based training, demonstrating software features through practical projects, and guiding learners on industry-relevant workflows and standards. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments and evaluations, provide constructive feedback,



and support participants in building portfolios aligned with current civil and construction industry practices. The role also involves coordinating with the CertED Technologies team to update content, align training with client and institutional requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of the training programs.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in civil design and drafting tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Fusion 360, with practical project or industry experience.
- Experience in technical or corporate training, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and delivering instructor-led sessions in civil or related domains.
- Ability to explain complex design concepts clearly, using hands-on demonstrations, real-world case studies, and structured assessments.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering fundamentals, design standards, and construction workflows; a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and manage classroom and lab environments on-site.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple batches, maintain training records, and meet agreed schedules.
- Familiarity with industry trends in BIM, CAD, and digital design tools, and willingness to continuously update skills and training content.
- Prior experience working with corporate clients, academic institutions, or training centers in the Greater Bengaluru Area will be an advantage.
