Role Overview

We are hiring an Accessibility Specialist to perform manual and automated accessibility audits, validate WCAG compliance, and guide remediation for our digital learning products and e-books.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit web platforms, online assessments, and e-books against WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 (Level A & AA).
- Review automated reports (Habitat, Magic Audit) to filter out false positives.
- Verify HTML5/XML semantic structures, heading hierarchies, alt text, and table summaries.
- Test usability using screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard navigation.




- Provide HTML/ARIA code snippets and remediation guidance to developer and content teams.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years in digital accessibility testing and remediation.
- Hands-on expertise with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, HTML5, XML, EPUB, and WAI-ARIA.
- Robust understanding of e-book structures (callouts, endnotes, complex tables).
- Excellent technical communication skills.
- Preferred Certifications: IAAP credentials (WAS, CPACC).
