Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various client requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media

- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and onboarding

- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly

- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in US Healthcare Recruiting preferred

- Knowledge of healthcare positions such as RN, LPN, CNA, MA, Allied, etc.

- Experience with job boards and recruiting tools is a plus

- Freshers with robust communication skills may also be considered

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
