- Ensure activities are delivered according to donor requirements and programme indicators.
- Lead regular field reviews and supportive supervision.
- Monitor epidemiological data and identify programme gaps and solutions.

Information Management and Referrals

- Develop tools for quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Support rapid needs assessments.

Reporting and Programme Development

- Coordinate monthly programme monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to donor reports, proposals, budgets and logical frameworks.

Team Management and Capacity Building

- Identify staffing and training needs.
- Participate in recruitment and staff performance management.
