Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for all projects
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to finalize BOQs and technical specifications.
- Plan material sourcing schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Build and maintain an updated procurement tracker for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor relationship RFQ floating, price comparison, negotiation, and order finalization.
- Maintain a vendor performance database, focusing on quality, delivery, and commercial competitiveness.
- Develop alternative sourcing channels to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure competitive pricing.
- Conduct market intelligence and price benchmarking for key materials.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through volume consolidation and long-term supplier partnerships.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and procurement dashboards for management review.

Preferred candidate profile To lead and manage end-to-end supply chain system across Solar, Pipeline, and Civil infrastructure divisions. To drive cost optimization, strategic sourcing of capital and revenue items, vendor evaluation and selection, logistics, delivery and contract management to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. This role is responsible for driving cost efficiencies, mitigating supply chain risks, managing high-value procurement, and ensuring seamless logistics to meet strict project timelines.
