Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Head Wedding Designer to lead the wedding design and décor function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in conceptualizing and executing premium wedding designs, managing design teams, and delivering innovative concepts aligned with client expectations and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall creative direction and design strategy for weddings and events.
- Develop innovative wedding themes, concepts, mood boards, layouts, décor concepts, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into strong, visually appealing design concepts.
- Oversee the complete design process from concept development to on-site execution.
- Manage and guide designers, décor teams, vendors, and production teams.
- Coordinate closely with Wedding Planners, Sales, Production, and Operations teams.
- Review design drawings, 3D concepts, décor plans, and presentations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Visit venues and provide creative solutions based on venue structure, theme, budget,



and event requirements.
- Ensure designs are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding décor, design, styling, and international event trends.
- Handle multiple premium wedding projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Wedding Design, Event Design, Décor, or Luxury Weddings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing wedding design and décor concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of design trends, materials, colours, layouts, and event styling.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel to venues and supervise in office execution.

Preferred Experience with luxury/premium weddings, destination weddings, large-scale events, and high-end décor projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
